Hi, I’m Liz!
For years, I lived my life for everyone but me - until I decided enough was enough. I’ve spent the last chapter of my life unlearning, healing, and rebuilding on my terms. Along the way, I lost 433 pounds, beat a pancreatic tumor, broke free from the grip of narcissistic abuse, and found my strength again after divorce.
I know firsthand that stepping into your power can feel overwhelming, even terrifying, but it’s also the most life-changing investment you’ll ever make. Confidence isn’t something that just shows up one day. It’s something we build, often in the trenches, and having someone walk beside you who gets it can make all the difference.
